Returns/Exchanges Policy

  • Process for returns and exchanges:
  1. Email order@lornajane.co.za with the item you’d like to exchange and confirmation of your shipping address
  2. Your return/exchange will be booked for a set date with the couriers (you will be notified via email
  3. When the item/s has been received at the warehouse, it will be checked and booked in
  4. You will be issued with a coupon code to use online to replace the item/s
  • We will gladly exchange your purchase provided that:
  1. It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
  2. It is within 14 days of purchase
  3. ALL PRICE TAGS are still attached to the garment and the garment is still in the original delivery packaging
  • Lorna Jane does NOT provide refunds for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Promotional/sale items will be credited for the amount paid and not the value of the garment
  • All items exchanged will be inspected according to the requirements mentioned previously, before an exchange is processed
  • Items returned that are stained, tampered with and damaged due to wear and tear WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
  • Items that have been damaged due to negligence and/or non-adherence to care instructions WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
  • Items purchased as gifts will only be exchanged provided that:
  1. It is UNWORN and or UNUSED
  2. It is within 14 days of purchase
  3. ALL PRICE TAGS are still attached to the garment
  • Lorna Jane South Africa is 100% CPA Compliant, please email order@lornajane.co.za for a copy
  • Lorna Jane garments use the latest in fabric technology to create superior activewear pieces. Should any material imperfection appear in your garment within 6 months of purchase Lorna Jane SA will follow the procedures as per the CPA.

Warranties or exchanges are not available on Free Promotional items.

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email order@lornajane.co.za with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size).

Please note:

  • Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

General Terms

  • Lorna Jane SA’s Legacy Rewards Programme does not apply to any items or promotions online
  • Please allow 7 working days for your order to be delivered
  • Customers purchasing items by ‘DIRECT EFT’ please note that payment should reflect in the bank account of Lorna Jane SA before any orders are posted. If payment does not reflect within 4 working days the order will be cancelled
  • Gift cards/vouchers purchased in a Lorna Jane store are NOT redeemable online

Return of gift with purchase or promotional items

Should you qualify for a Free Gift with purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund the Free Gift must also be returned. It must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Free Gift will be deducted from the refundable amount. If you wish to keep your Free Gift with purchase however choose to exchange your purchased items at a later date, an Online credit will be issued so you continue to receive the Free Gift at no cost. There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.
